Public tender for the allocation of guarantees for favorable bank loans to promote the development of entrepreneurship in the Carinthia region for the period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 or until the funds are used up

RRA Koroška doo implements the Guarantee Scheme for Koroško, which was established by the municipalities: Slovenj Gradec, Mislinja, Črna na Koroškem, Mežica, Prevalje, Ravne na Koroškem, Dravograd, Muta, Vuzenica and Radlje ob Dravi.

We are announcing a public tender for the allocation of guarantees for favorable bank loans intended to promote the development of entrepreneurship in the Carinthia region in 2026.

Beneficiaries

• micro and small enterprises,
• self-employed entrepreneurs,
• associations, institutions, cooperatives,
• social enterprises.

The funds are intended

• investments (return period up to 8 years),
• current assets (repayment period up to 3 years),
• pre-financing of projects (repayment period of up to 3 years).

Guarantee amount

• 50% for investment loans,
• 80% for working capital loans and for pre-financing of projects.

Credit potential

The total tendered credit potential amounts to EUR 732,261.00.

Participating banks and conditions

• Workers' Savings Bank dd:
  • up to 8 years: 6-month EURIBOR + 1.60% variable
  • up to 3 years: 6-month EURIBOR + 1.40% variable or 4.30% fixed
• LON dd:
  • up to 8 years: 6-month EURIBOR + 1.10% variable or 3.50% fixed
  • up to 3 years: 6-month EURIBOR + 0.90% variable or 3.30% fixed

Submission of applications

The call is open until 31 December 2026 or until the funds are used up.

Beneficiaries can submit applications from the date of publication of the call for applications.

Complete applications will be reviewed by the GSK Credit Committee, as a rule, once a month.
