Stakeholder meeting – research presentation and workshop

The meeting will first present the results of a recent market survey conducted among representatives of the tourism industry in September. This will be followed by a workshop and discussion, within which we aim to lay the foundations for an effective system for recording tourist flows Koroške, with which we will more successfully and regularly obtain information about visitors and guests Koroške. The more and better information we have from the field, the more effectively we will be able to address target groups and attract tourists to Koroško.

The research was conducted in collaboration with RRA Koroška by Arhea, which will also present the results and lead a workshop at the event.

Your participation in the meeting is essential, so we kindly invite you to join us on Wednesday, November 19, 2025, at 10 am at the premises of the Old Ironworks in Ravne.

After the meeting, a tour of good practice will be organized, namely a guided tour of the renovated Old Ironworks. In it, the Stauharija, staff and laboratory “create a historic industrial complex that preserves the rich, more than four hundred-year-old industrial heritage of the Mežica Valley and, through modern and attractive museum exhibitions, allows visitors to come into contact with the steelmaking heritage that has shaped the population of the entire Carinthia region.” (Carinthian Provincial Museum)
