On Friday, June 12, 2026, between 10:00 and 17:00, the 1st Cycling Fair at Koroškem will take place in and in front of the Špic D hall in Dravogradu - a unique event that has never been seen in the region before.

The event, organized by the Regional Development Agency for Koroško within the framework of the RCM project Koroška together with the Municipality of Dravograd and numerous partners, will be designed as an intergenerational meeting that combines educational, social, awareness-raising and recreational content.

In addition to the possibility of exchanging bicycles at the fairgrounds, a varied accompanying program will be available: educational workshops, exhibitions, a cycling training area, prize games, presentations, a bicycle repair shop, animations, culinary offerings and more.

The event will be adapted to all generations throughout the day - from the youngest and adolescents to the working population and older visitors. Within the framework of the Regional Mobility Center Koroška (RCM Koroška), the emphasis will also be on the promotion of safe cycling and the development of cycling culture in the region.

10:00 – 10:15 Official opening of the 1st Cycling Fair at Koroškem
10:30 – 11:00 Workshop "Cycling culture and compliance with the rules for safe cycling" - intended for elementary school students
11:00 – 11:30 Workshop "Dangers of using e-scooters" - intended for elementary school students
12:00 – 12:45 Workshop "Safe Mobility Course" for all generations (registration required via the form: https://forms.gle/macHkYB2k94cN8tX8 )
12:45 – 13:15 Presentation of the history of cycling at Koroškem alongside exhibition posters and a conversation with the author of the exhibition, Matija Štumberger
13:30 – 14:30 Round table "Challenges of cross-border cycling"
14:30 – 15:00 Workshop "Cycling culture and compliance with the rules for safe cycling" - intended for all visitors
15:00 – 16:00 Workshop "Pitfalls and dangers of using e-bikes" - intended for all visitors
16:45 – 17:00 Prize draw and closing of the fair

We will be giving away 100 water bottles and 100 bicycle bells to the first 100 visitors. And everyone will be able to participate in the prize draw. Over 30 practical prizes await you.
