The free training is intended for potential entrepreneurs and operating companies that deal with the production and sale of food in their work (bars, guesthouses, restaurants, snack bars, canteens, pastry shops, cafes, tourist farms, bakeries, food processing, transport, etc.) and are obliged to comply with the principles of the HACCP system when carrying out their activities.
