The reason for the failure of companies or startups is often that they do not achieve product-market fit. The fact is that everything starts and ends with our customers. During the workshop, we will use practical examples to show why it is important to get to know our customers, include them in our development process, and ultimately position our product or service in a way that they will understand and buy.

By participating in the workshop you will learn:

that customers are the only source of revenue for our company and therefore crucial to our existence,
that we must know our customers very well, because that is the only way we can bring them the value they are willing to pay for,
that customers do not buy products (services) that they do not understand and how to ensure that they understand them through positioning,

how to make the product different from the competition and thus move away from competing solely on price.
